Chef Chris Chan


Chef Chris Chan is Executive Chef of 1111 ONES Restaurant & Lounge in Hong Kong. With over 20 years of culinary experience, he previously served as the Executive Chef for The Classified Group before becoming Head Chef at The Principal,  where he led the restaurant to earn two Michelin stars in just a few years.

He began his culinary journey at Italian restaurant da Domenico, where he honed his skills in ingredient handling and various cooking techniques. He has since focused on perfecting his signature dish, Italian Red Prawn Linguine, for over 20 years. 


Chef Chris is known for his expertise in using seasonal ingredients from around the world and combining them with innovative cooking techniques to create surprisingly delightful dishes. His signature dish, Italian Red Prawn Linguine, can be enjoyed at 1111 ONES Restaurant & Lounge.
